Please review our policies carefully before purchase. These rules are designed to provide clarity and fairness for every customer.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on location. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 10 days of the last tracking update or delivery scan so we can assist with a claim.

Address Changes: Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return window: within 30 days of the order date
  • Condition: items must be unopened and unused
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No restocking fee is charged
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • International returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

Non-Returnable Items: Used items, opened packages, final sale products, gift cards, and free promotional gifts are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Warranty Policy

Your product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal, intended use.

What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, improper storage/cleaning, or modifications.

Proof Required: A valid order number and photos (or video) showing the issue must be provided for warranty claims.
